We will need a deposit of 50% of the rent, paid by certified cheque or by traveler’s cheque or by Paypal

The other 50% should be given at the check-in, in cash, traveler’s cheque or certified cheque

There is a deposit of 300$ cad requested at check-in. This caution guarantees eventual damages that could be caused to the apartment by tenants. This deposit is given back to you at check-out if the apartment was left in good condition.
